Can I exchange my order?
Most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Exchange guarantee and fall under our 14 Day Exchange Policy. These items may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The following items are NEVER EXCHANGEABLE
  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered 
  • Any item with tags removed
  • Any item that has been personalized with your name or department name

All web initiated requests will receive an automatic confirmation followed by an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation the security on your computer is not allowing us in. Please contact us at 678-835-5800 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am-5pm EST & Friday 8am-4pm EST. If you choose to call or email us about your return, please provide the following information: 
Your email address 
Your order number 
A brief description of the problem 
Any item damage or shortage, if applicable

We generally process exchanges within a week of receiving the product back.


Normally the care label instructions pertain to the garment, not the embroidery. Special care should be taken when laundering embroidered garments.
Since the condition of use, washing, pressing and cleaning, etc. vary in use of yarns and threads, the purchaser should assume himself by preliminary tests that the dye fastness of the yarn or thread is 100% colorfast to crocking or washing under all conditions. We cannot be responsible for any consequential damages since the value of the thread is so disproportionate to the value of the goods into which it is stitched.

Embroidery Care Instructions

We are not liable for replacing or repairing any personal items supplied by the client that are damaged during the embroidery process

Shipped Orders
For orders that are shipped, please ship back to our address with the pick ticket. We will make the necessary exchange.

Please Note:
  • **There could be situations where additional shipping charges are applied due to special circumstances**
  • Any item exchanged that falls outside our normal exchange guidelines is subject to a minimum 15% handling charge. Please double-check that you have included all items and packaging prior to mailing your exchange to our warehouse. This includes unauthorized refused packages.
  • There is a minimum 15% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item is ordered and subsequently exchanged.

If you need a different size, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all exchanged items.
